The Youth In Transition Program at NorServ group serves foster care youth, ages 14-21, who have been in foster care on or before their 14th birthday. These youth are in transition from moving out of their foster home into independent living. These youth are in a big transition in their lives and are in need of some additional support that ultimately can be provided by mentors.
Norserv also offers mental health/counseling services.
