Teen Transitions Mentoring

This volunteer mentoring program offers Independent Living Skills services to foster youth between the ages of 14 and 20 who are in Oakland County’s foster care. Teens gain skills, resources, training and support, enabling them to make a successful transition into adulthood and independent living.
