Camp Fire USA - Wathana Council

Camp Fire USA was founded in 1910 to offer girls encouragement and training to become confident, effective leaders. In 1975, membership was extended to include boys, making Camp Fire USA an all-inclusive youth focused organization. Camp Fire USA has remained steadfast in its commitment and mission to help youth of all backgrounds develop positive self-esteem, self-confidence and leadership skills, while evolving with the changing needs of the community.

Volunteer and staff positions are available at all of the Camp Fire USA Wathana Council locations. These locations include the Southfield and Monroe offices, Camp Wathana in Holly, and various community locations throughout the 9 county area of Southeastern Michigan and Northwestern Ohio that we serve.
