In response to the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)/cash assistance cuts, Great Start’s Family Support Action Team is sponsoring a Basic Needs Drive for these families who live in Wayne County. When families do not have their basic needs met, the risk of child abuse and neglect increases.
The drive is asking for items you cannot purchase with BRIDGE CARDS such as toilet paper, hygiene products, toiletries, diapers, and wipes.
New and unused items are accepted Mon.-Fri. at the following locations:
