Lenscrafters' Gift of Sight Program

The Gift of Sight Program through Lens Crafters includes a free eye exam and free glasses. Not all Lens Crafters participate, so you have to call and check first. They just need a letter from DHS stating that the child(ren) is in foster care, and DHS’s tax ID number. It can be faxed, or brought in at the time of the appointment.
