Wolverine Human Services

Arranges for and assists adolescent youth in establishing residence in appropriate homes in the community to encourage independent living.  Mentor Apartments allow youth to share apartments with supervision by mentors who provide direction and support.  Home Provider program places youth in private family homes in the community.  Independent Living offers the least restrictive, most homelike setting for youth who have previously gone through Mentor Apartment or Home Provider programs.  Services are accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children.

Eligibility: Youth ages 16-21.  Must be referred by the Michigan Department of Human Services.
