A Place of Refuge offers short term, safe and nurturing shelter with home/transitional housing to homeless youth while preparing them for independent living. Participants are youth between the ages of 16-18 who have or will soon age out of foster care.
Youth must commit to completing their high school education or its equivalent or complete vocational training to participate.
